Trust & Safety

Three Priorities

Keep minors off the platform

For everyone who registers as a creator, everyone who appears in content, and everyone who registers as a user, our highest operational priority is ensuring that no minor is involved with the platform. Our standards for age and identity verification are designed not merely to meet the industry minimum, but to our own level, working backwards from every risk we can anticipate.

Protect the integrity of content

To prevent the distribution of illegal or harmful content and to keep the rights of co-performers and third parties from being infringed, we run checks both before and after content is posted. Gray-zone cases where judgment is divided are never left to machines alone — they are decided, and documented, by people with specialized expertise.

Value transparency in transactions

For mechanisms such as payments, revenue sharing, and account cancellation, we strive to explain things clearly so that users can make choices with a proper understanding. Important terms are stated explicitly in our terms of service, and we notify users appropriately when they change. We believe that understanding and agreement are the foundation of user protection.

How We Apply These Principles

Policy comes before business interests

We will never bend the three priorities set out here for short-term revenue growth or business convenience. This commitment is shared across the company, including senior management.

Decisions are recorded and verifiable

For each individual case, we record when the decision was made, by whom, and under which criteria — keeping everything in a state that can be reviewed and improved later.

Outside perspectives are built in

We never judge in-house alone: regular dialogue with, and audits by, external ethics and legal experts are built into our operations.

Policies are treated as updatable

Our policies are updated in step with social change, legal amendments, and advances in technology. Every update is retained as part of the revision history.
