Kusakari Shota
“Toward an era where each individual becomes an economy.”
Born in 1991. Became independent in influencer marketing in 2015 and founded a company in 2018, building the business around affiliate marketing for close to ten years. Joined the operating company that preceded Rise in March 2025 to build out its creator support structure, and was appointed Representative Director in May of the same year. Founded Rise in June 2026 and serves as Representative Director.

Kaneko Kento
“Live by working backwards. Never wing it.”
Born in 1991. Served as a producer of video-posting and live-streaming apps at an IT company before going independent in influencer marketing. Sold that business to an influencer marketing company and joined it, taking charge of corporate planning and HR as a director and leading the company to a listing on the TSE Growth Market. Now serves as COO, overseeing domestic operations for the creator platform myfans.

Otsu Takato
“No arrogance, no pretense, see it through.”
Born in 1998. After graduating from high school, spent several years in customer support in the medical and advertising industries. Went on to handle content and advertising review at a major short-video platform, gaining hands-on experience in policy operations and risk assessment. Now serves as CCO, covering everything from building support and review structures to systematizing operations — the work that underpins trust across the site.
