Our values

Stay a game changer.

Markets, rules, yesterday's right answers — all of it changes by tomorrow. We do not stand on the side that gets swept along by change. We stay on the side that creates it, as this industry's game changer.

We are creators ourselves.

Be a maker who supports makers. Just as creators make content, we make the platform, the market, and the future of this industry. Only what we make is different — the soul is the same.

Prove it with results.

Passion, ambition, and craft only become value once results follow. There is no going-through-the-motions work here. Every member of Rise is a professional who keeps proving their worth through results.

How we evaluate

Reviews twice a year

We align on goals each half-year and look back at the end. We never leave it at numbers alone — we always put into words why the evaluation is what it is.

What you did, not how long you stayed

Pay is set by the role you take on and the results you produce there, not your years of tenure. Regardless of seniority, you get back as much as you take on.

All criteria are open

Our evaluation criteria and level definitions are open internally. We keep it clear to everyone what it takes to reach the next level, aiming for evaluations people can accept.

Figures are indicative and based on actual results. Actual compensation is presented through the selection process, taking your experience and the role into account.

Workstyle

Workstyle Programs

A workstyle optimized for results

At Rise, we design how we work around whether the team can produce the highest results — not around freedom of place or time. We value fast decision-making and close collaboration, and work primarily from the office while also using remote work depending on the task and situation. Rather than applying programs uniformly, we choose the workstyle best suited to the results of the business and the team.

Evaluation based on results

We evaluate people by the responsibility they take on and the results they create — not by age, tenure, or title. Reviews take place once every half-year, and depending on performance we grant early raises and promotions, or elevate people into larger roles. Many members in their twenties are already at the core of management and the business.

Broad discretion and responsibility

We give each person broad discretion and expect them to decide and execute on their own, without waiting for detailed instructions. That discretion comes with responsibility for results. The premise is that you do not confine yourself to your own remit — you think about what the business needs and see it through until results appear.

An environment to throw yourself into the work

Rise is better suited to those who want to commit deeply to their work for a period and gain significant results and growth than to those who want to prioritize work-life balance above all. The bar is high and we engage rigorously with results. At the same time, we value the results you bring to the business rather than the length of your tenure.

Environment

A meeting room with a whiteboard and an orange accent wall

An office that accelerates decisions and execution

We maintain an office environment that maximizes performance. The people who are needed gather, align, and immediately execute what has been decided. We turn the density and speed that only in-person work creates into business growth.

A team pursuing results at a high bar

Each person works with responsibility not only for their own tasks but for the results of the business as a whole. Regardless of title or role, we think for ourselves and reach across boundaries to get things done. It is an organization that pursues results at a high bar while exchanging candid feedback.

What We Look At in Each Step

Drive for the business

We ask whether you hold your own interest and hypotheses, in your own words, about the creator economy and the context of regulated industries.

How you make decisions

We ask carefully about past decisions: which options you compared and what you prioritized. We want to understand your own axis of judgment, not whether there was a right answer.

How you engage with others

We ask about your stance in working with people: how you move work forward in a team, build consensus, and respond when opinions differ.

Resilience to change

Both the business and the organization change fast. We ask for concrete episodes of how you moved when the premises fell apart and there was no right answer.

Requests to Candidates

  • Please prepare a resume when applying. Any format is fine.
  • If you have a portfolio, either a URL or a PDF works.
  • We will keep you informed of the status of your selection as early as possible.
  • If you have concerns about a result, or wish to withdraw, please do not hesitate to contact us.
